My father spent almost his entire professional career in sales. And if there was one word he never liked to hear when referring to any product, it was cheap.

“Cheap is such a cheap word, he would say, even the sound of it rings… well… cheaply.”

This advice I’ve carried with me for many years. So when a buddy of mine told me how he just bought his cheap car insurance policy, I was a bit skeptical.
