We do make choices everyday based on our interpretations and reactions to situations.  However, choices may be forced by the situation.  Furthermore, an all powerful God has the ability to play puppet master and ordain a chain of events that lead to a choice, not unlike within a magic shop.  As long as the belief that this God exists, the possibility that free will does not exist is valid.  We have no way of verifying that this being is not causing our reactions to situations.  Consequences of decisions fall to those who ultimately cause the choice that is made.  Someone cannot have a moral responsibility for a choice that is ultimately influenced  by an outside source.
