August 31st, 2008 . by adminOur legal counsel has advised us against giving any data out on former employees other than verifying the fact they worked for us. Anything else must be in the form of a written request by the employee and not the person wanting the information. It seems other attorneys are advising their clients to do the same thing because it is getting almost impossible to conduct background checks in house. That is why we have hired Mac Data Advantage to conduct ours for us. The are professional and highly experienced in the field. They have always given us prompt and accurate information when requested.
