Many people ask if there is a shortcut to spirituality and meditation. This is not possible as it is possible to reach true enlightenment through meditation. Spirituality is a much larger concept than just simple meditation practices. The questions need to be raised. What is the person’s motivation for doing spiritual activities like things for others? Is there a secret contract or assumption involved that has been disappointed? With meditation, it is also possible to reach spirituality by ‘dismantling’ and ‘releasing’ whatever ego or personality you have in your energy field altogether. It is possible for you to reach or attain spirituality with hard work, determination and the right form of meditation.

Many women today love the look a nicely placed tattoo gives them, when they wear their bikini.
The look of lower back tattoos is especially complimentary to the womanly curves of the female physique.
Many beautiful designs that include ribbons or swirling lines, along with hearts, leaves, flowers, butterflies & other insects & animals, look very attractive on the lower back.
The artistic talent it takes to place a tattoo correctly is important to consider, when searching for an artist to do your tattoo.
Be sure to talk to people who’ve had their tattoo done by an artist you’re considering & look at their tattoo & make sure the artist is reputable, as well as good.

I was going through a bit of a “dating dry spell”.
My friends, always helpful, told me I had to go to a psychic they knew who would point me in the right direction.
One night after much pushing by the girls and three Margueritas, I visited Madame Jolanda.
She had me shuffle and cut a deck of cards which she then laid out in a pattern and began reading.
“Ah ha!”, she exclaimed. “There is a great love waiting for you, around the corner. You see this? It is the Love Tarot Card. Stop worrying about love.”
I paid her, laughing, and walked out. Still giggling, and tripping a little, I turned the corner, almost colliding with a tall, blue-eyed stranger.
The stranger and I eventually began dating and married. I still get chills when I think about it.

It is only my opinion but I find that there is nothing better for me when I want to go and lose myself in some fantasy than a will smith movie. I think he is a real role model and has done fantastically well considering his roots and how he worked so hard to be what he is today. I thing that Will Smith was just fantastic in I Am Legend and I can watch that film over and over again for sure. Depending on what type of movies you like - you may not like his style but there can be no doubting that he has give a lot to the movie world.

America is positively chock full of amazing places to see and experience firsthand. South Dakota is home to quite a number of amazing places; however, Mount Rushmore should be high on anyone’s list of "must see" locations. This Shrine to Democracy features an amazing amount of history, dedication, artistic skill and sheer audacity.Mount Rushmore rises 5,000 feet above sea level and features the heads of four of America’s most famous presidents. Visitors will gaze in awe at the enormous visages of George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt. This national monument has been called a "shrine to the living America" and embodies the hopes and dreams for democracy by all peoples around the globe. In addition to being a truly awesome sight, the area is also home to a wonderful National Park. Visitors can find numerous ways to explore the area, from ranger guided hikes to sculpture classes and lighting ceremonies held at night. The amphitheater is home to numerous classes and exhibits, though simply enjoying the stunning natural beauty of the area is enormously popular. A visit to Mount Rushmore is more than simply viewing a manmade wonder; nature’s hand is everywhere, as well.

I tied the knot with my long-time boyfriend last year and we had a beautiful wedding. We risked the weather and had it outdoors with about 200 of our closest friends and family. We wrote our own vows and the ceremony was everything I ever dreamed of. We were able to find a wonderful Leeds wedding photographer to capture our special day in pictures. I am so glad that we got great pictures of the event because it was the happiest day of my life. I love looking back at the photos and we have a very special one on our mantle at home.

Party with the animalsOne of San Diego’s attractions is the famous San Diego Zoo. It is located in Balboa Park and is considered as one of the most progressive and largest zoos in the world. The zoo is privately managed by the Zoological Society of San Diego, which is a nonprofit organization. However, the equipment used in the zoo, all of the assets and the ownership of all the animals rests with the City of San Diego. Currently, the zoo takes care of over 800 species of animals coming from different parts of the world. While inside the zoo, you can go on guided tours by bus that passes through 75% of the park. You can also use an overhead gondola lift that offers an aerial view of the entire zoo. The zoo also has different exhibits that are designed around a specific habitat and featuring the various animals that can be found in specific types of environment. You can check out exhibits that range from the Artic tundra to an African rainforest. It is also the home of the largest free-flight aviaries with darkened blinds in order to view birds of all sorts. All of the exhibits are naturally built according to what is normally seen in the wild such as open air moats and pools for large mammals. The zoo also supervised the San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park that exhibits animals in a more open and extensive condition that what is seen in a zoo.San Diego Zoo personnel are very concerned with its animals that they give due actions in the conservation and preservation of many endangered species such as the African Black Rhinos, Pandas and the California Condors. One of their effort is to bred these animals in captivity and release them in their natural habitat.

There is no scarcity of quotes showing people’s appreciation to the power of music. People all over the world love music - whether pop, jazz, R&B, soul or rock and roll. Music has evolved so much through the years starting from the days of Elvis, Beatles, ABBA, Madonna, Nirvana, Michael Jackson, (gasp!) Britney Spears to David Cook. Most people’s concept of music starts and ends with the popular genre. What we don’t consider is that music predates even the saxophone era of ghetto clubs. Music started way, way back, just about the same time when ethnic instruments were finding their place in society. People of ancient world already had music almost simultaneously as when they first discovered fire. Good thing, music companies try to bring back the glory days of old music through propagating and reintroducing ethnic instruments.

I have come across a great gym that gives Salsa Dance Lessons, they do other options too, but the Salsa class is my favourite. Since joining I have cast off a few pounds, have made some great friends, and my self-assurance has exploded. What cooler way to dropped that excess weight, and have fun at the same time. Plus salsa is one of the most erotic dances around.Come and find me at the Factory Gym, the options are held weekly, and costs as little as £6 per person - AND they now do children options too!
