Get Fit With Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp
October 18th, 2009 . by adminI have been trying to improve my health for the past year and a half. I was really overweight and out of shape when I started, but now I’m trim and fit. I have lost all the weight I need to, which is nice, but I’m really happy with how I feel. I have lots of energy and feel healthy. After I started losing weight and had been walking every day for about six months I joined the Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp. I love the classes, or missions as the call them. The trainers are dedicated to providing a great workout.
