It’s Not Just Anything
October 25th, 2009 . by adminIf you have never experienced an anxiety and panic attack, it’s hard to tell you just how scary it is. You honestly feel physically ill and think you’re having a heart attack. It hurts your feelings and somehow diminishes your symptoms when people tell you to just calm down. It’s just a panic attack. The use of the word “just” indicates that what you feel is not real. You worry when you’re in a car or an airplane because you think there is no way to escape if you had to. I want people to be more sensitive to these attacks and understand that it’s not something we can stop.
