It has always been my number one problem before. I know that I was fat and that there is no hope for me anymore, or so I was thinking. My sister proved to me that there is still a way for me to get into the right shape. Well, she shared to me her weight loss tips. I never wanted to believe my sister and her weight loss tips at first because I have always seen my sister with her thing frame. She showed me some of her pictures back in college though and she was really fat. Well I bet that the weight loss tips are really effective and I am trying them out.
