Protein Bars and Food Flavouring Suppliers
March 30th, 2008 . by adminHas anyone ever tasted a protein bar? As a long distance runner, I often eat them in order to help my body recover from a long run. When you run (or workout, in general), your muscle actually accumulates little tears throughout. These tears are then repaired by your body by creating new muscle. This is how muscles get bigger and stronger. Protein helps your body complete this process. The problem I have is that it is difficult to get the protein into my body. Protein bars are disgusting. They taste like chalk. Food flavouring suppliers need to start marketing their products to makers of protein bars. There has to be a way to make them taste better.
