My wife and I have finally reached retirement age.  Sometimes I thought this day would never come.  We have faithfully been saving money for our retirement for the thirty seven years we have been married.  We are going to put our house up for sale and move to Florida.  We have had enough of the harsh Minnesota winter and are ready for some sunshine.  We are almost ready to enlist the help of a realtor to start looking for New Tampa real estate that is for sale.  We are looking for a patio home in a gated community that provides all the normal amenities like a clubhouse and swimming pool.  I am ready to start packing.
