Ballet Dancers Are Great

I have always been into ballet dancing and have always been wanting to keep my food intake and work outs under tabs. My coach is always telling me that I am not doing enough muscle building and need to make sure I am constantly working on my core strength, if I ever want to lift girls of every weight up over my head. I realise that this is a big thing if you want to make it to the top, but I am finding it hard to keep my motivation levels high. I am only new to this, but I want to make it to the very top, so will do anything to get there.
