I went to a wedding last week where there was this poor girl, same age as most of the other women, and a bridesmaid, she was prime for being able to fit in with everyone.  However she was so self conscious that she stayed in the back, actually drawing more attention to herself by cowering than if she had just opened up.  If you feel like that then try to shed fat fast before you go so maybe you can feel more confident and be able to mingle with the other people there.  Just don’t be that girl hiding in the corner crying, it is sadder than you think!
