Prevent Golf Injuries

80% of all amateur golfers play injured. These golfers experience back pain, sore and achey joints, and a stiffness that restricts their golf swing. Why does this happen? Because as the golfer gets older they get weak and very tight. The golf swing requires a certain level of strength and flexibility. If it’s not there, the body breaks down. The ONLY way to prevent this from happening is a golf exercise program geared to your needs and focusing on your limitations.
