How to delete the files that Windows never deletes
October 25th, 2008 . by adminThere are times when you are trying to fix Windows errors as a result of certain files which Windows never deletes. The confusion is that the error message tells you that the file cannot be deleted because access is denied or that the file is currently being used, even though you know the file is not being used. Further, this happens with videos, MP3s or other files you did not think were harmful. This is very common with Windows XP. One solution might be to reboot your computer and delete the file before starting any programs. If the file reappears after you manage to delete it, you might have a spyware problem or some sort of virus.
