Wireless Broadband Mobile Card and the 3G Data Card

March 9th, 2009 . by admin

Owners of laptops or notebooks have the misconception that their computers that are equipped with 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi technology can surf the web anytime and anywhere. This is true if there is a Wi-Fi hotspot nearby but these are geographically limited, unlike established cell sites. In such cases, they would need a Wireless Broadband Mobile Card or a 3G Data Card.
